If you have problems downloading through the Web here, or would prefer an FTP interface, you can FTP to ftp.magitech.com, login with a username of astrolog, and an empty password of just enter, and download from there. You may also FTP to ftp.astrolog.org, login with a username of anonymous, and a password of your e-mail address, and access the same files.
